It's great to see NY Giants pass-rusher Brian Burns has a soft side off the field, as he's known for being a complete and total beast when on the gridiron. If you somehow missed it, the G-Men and Joe Schoen pulled off one of the biggest moves for the start of free agency, trading for the star pass-rusher.

Social media went wild after things got across the line, with the Giants also giving Burns a five-year, $150 million deal - $87.5 million of that is guaranteed money. With all that dough, Burns is a happy man. It turns out he already has plans for when he lands in the area, posting a humorous tweet about his next stop:

New Giants pass-rusher Brian Burns is already winning over the fanbase

Come on, that's just awesome. Kids these days will never understand how incredible the duo of Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan was. For Burns to post a classic Rush Hour 2 clip and have it tie in to him getting ready to don a Big Blue jersey is fantastic.

Hey, get this guy to Madison Square Garden as soon as possible for a Knicks game. Will one of his new teammates welcome him to town with a free stay at the Plaza Hotel on 5th Avenue? Maybe Kayvon Thibodeaux will be the one to cover the bill, as No. 5 is ready to make plays with Burns starting Week 1.

It's easy to see why Thibodeaux is happy for Burns. Add in Dexter Lawrence and this has to be arguably the best pass-rush group in the NFL. Burns has been a force for the Panthers, finishing the past two seasons with 20.5 total sacks.

He was born to give offensive linemen problems and more of the same will be on the way for the Giants in 2024. Schoen decided to let Saquon Barkley and Xavier McKinney walk, choosing to invest in 'premium' positions instead.

He did that by bringing in Burns, plus offensive linemen Jon Runyan Jr. and Jermaine Eluemunor. The Giants defense is going to be a force with this latest move and Burns could not be happier about his new stomping grounds. Don't let his funny video post fool you, though - this guy will be all business when the pads go on and he'll be a huge problem for the rest of the NFC East.
