Danny Dimes has been grinding this offseason and the hard work is paying off for him. With the NY Giants players reporting for the start of the offseason program on Monday, a lot of the talk was about Dexter Lawrence and Saquon Barkley being absent.

However, there's a lot of focus on Daniel Jones stepping up as a team leader for the unit leading up to the 2023 campaign. Jones has done just that. Oh and by the way, he's also looking quite bigger in the new workout pics the Giants posted to Twitter. Seriously, Jones is a new man right now:

NY Giants QB Daniel Jones is looking fantastic these days

The veins are popping and Jones' muscles are bulging. This is terrible news for the rest of the NFC East. Matter of fact, the rest of the league must realize that a new and improved Jones will be taking the field come Week 1.

After signing his mega-deal earlier this offseason, countless haters haven't wasted a second in trying to go after Jones. People have claimed NY overpaid for him and that he'll never live up to his $160 million contract. Yeah, that's a bunch of nonsense.

Jones is coming off the best year of his career, as he really took a step forward working with head man Brian Daboll and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka. Jones nearly reached 4,000 total yards - and he posted 15 passing touchdowns, and seven more on the ground.

Looking ahead to next fall, Jones is going to have a year of the new system under his belt, and he's also going to be a bigger-bodied signal-caller. All signs are pointing to him being a force for the G-Men once again. Fans can't wait to see him back in action recording impressive plays at MetLife Stadium.
