Following the loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, the NY Giants are now projected to have the No. 5 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Which position will general manager Joe Schoen focus on? That's something we can't wait to find out.

This move was expected from Daniels, as he has nothing to play for in the bowl game and he's now going to shift his full focus to getting himself ready for the NFL Combine. Daniels is coming off an electric season for the Tigers, leading to him taking home the Heisman honor earlier this month.

This campaign, the star quarterback tossed for 3,812 yards, 40 touchdowns and only four interceptions. Those are the kinds of numbers that have Giants fans drooling at the thought of him running the offense moving forward.

While Schoen said he's ready to stick by Daniel Jones, he also made it clear that the Giants will select the best player available regardless of position when they're on the clock in the first round. Now that the Giants have nine losses on the season, they're guaranteed their ninth losing season in the last 11 years.
