1. Philadelphia Eagles' Jalen Hurts

Yeah, there's no chance any of the other NFC East QBs were coming close to beating Jalen Hurts this season. Not only was he an MVP candidate for the majority of the season, but he also led the Eagles to a Super Bowl appearance with his incredible play.

Through 15 games, Hurts completed 66.5 percent of his passes for 3,701 yards, 22 touchdowns, and six interceptions alongside running the ball 165 times for 760 yards and 13 touchdowns. In this incredible season, Hurts also made his first Pro Bowl, was selected to an All-Pro team, and came in second for MVP voting.

While you can make the argument that Hurts had much more help than Jones, making it easier for him to be better, it doesn't take long when watching Hurts to realize how elite of a talent he is behind center.

We hate to praise the Eagles, but considering how scrutinized they were for drafting Hurts in the second round, it's pretty incredible just how right they were for taking a swing on the Oklahoma product. Howie Roseman has undoubtedly done a great job at building this Eagles team up and adding Hurts to this roster was just icing on the cake.
