Joe Schoen has been cooking thus far in the 2024 NFL Draft for the NY Giants. In the first round, the general manager made a lot of people happy by landing Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick. Then on Day 2, Schoen made things even better.

In the second round, he brought in safety Tyler Nubin and then he followed that up by drafting Kentucky cornerback Andru Phillips in the third round. Those are two strong additions for the DBs group. Come Saturday, Schoen will have three more picks to his name. So, when is NY up next in the draft?

The Giants are up on the clock next with the No. 107 overall pick

Early on in the fourth round, the Giants will be on the clock with the No. 107 overall pick. There are several different directions Schoen can go in, but a lot of fans are hoping that he'll go after a running back to help out Devin Singletary.

With Saquon Barkley signing with the Eagles in free agency, the offense needs more than just Singletary to make sure the production doesn't drop off too much. So in Round 4, perhaps a move for Braelon Allen, Audric Estime or Will Shipley will be on the way?

Following the fourth-round pick, the Giants will be up again in the fifth round with the No. 166 overall pick. Then, since the Giants don't have a seventh-rounder, their last draft choice of the day will be at No. 183 in the sixth round.

Will there be some late-round studs on the way for Schoen and the G-Men? That's what Big Blue supporters are hoping for, as there are still some solid talents waiting to find out where they'll be playing ball at the next level. Who knows, we could look back and smile at some major sleepers the front office was able to bring in.
