The offseason program has officially started for the NY Giants and people are fired up about stars entering the building over in New Jersey. However, there are two players in particular who won't be spotted on Monday: Dexter Lawrence and Saquon Barkley.

The two aren't happy with their contract situation, so they're not on hand. Because of this, several insiders, including Michael Lombardi and Bucky Brooks, have called out the two for their decisions. Not only that, but they claimed that the Giants now have a problem inside of the locker room. Banks passionately shut them down for that.

Holy smokes, Banks didn't hold back there and we're glad he stepped up and defended the Giants players as a whole. At the end of the day, Barkley and Lawrence want to feel like they're being taken care of by the front office and general manager Joe Schoen.

With Barkley in particular, Schoen put a $12-13 million deal on the table not long ago, but No. 26 decided to turn things down. That's on him. With Lawrence, it feels like his extension will be coming sooner than later - there's no way Schoen is going to let him walk in free agency next offseason.

The thought of Giants players being furious with the G-Men giving Daniel Jones his four-year extension worth $160 million is absurd too. Barkley even took to Twitter to congratulate his teammate for his payday.

Both Lombardi and Brooks need to get real here and cool it with the terrible takes on Big Blue. If they decide to offer up terrible insights on the team moving forward, you better believe that Banks will be ready to sound off on them once again. He's not going to put up with that kind of crap.
