As of this writing, we are around six weeks away from the NFL preseason arriving. Things will get started with the NFL Hall of Fame Game, as the Browns and Jets will be ready to put on a show for fans across the country.

With the NY Giants, and the rest of the league, they'll have three NFL preseason games on the way this summer to get themselves ready for the 2023 regular season. So, who will the G-Men end up facing off against once August rolls around?

NFL teams will have three preseason games this summer

Before, NFL teams used to have four preseason games. However, one preseason game was eliminated once it was announced that teams would move from 16 regular season contests to now having 17.

Last year, the G-Men went 9-7-1 during the regular season. Come Aug. 11, they'll take on the the Detroit Lions in their first preseason game of the year. The week after on Aug. 18, the Giants will then take on the Carolina Panthers at MetLife Stadium.

The preseason will then come to a close for the Giants on Aug. 26 in a MetLife showdown against Aaron Rodgers and the Jets. That's going to be a fun matchup, as it will preview the East Rutherford showdown that will be taking place during the regular season.

After the preseason contests, the Giants will then start the '23 campaign with a Week 1 showdown against the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 10. That will be a Sunday Night Football matchup that has intrigue and drama written all over it. Daniel Jones and Co. will be ready to put on a show in that one. But first, NY will look to get the ball rolling during the preseason.
