Even JJ Watt knows the Giants are still better than Aaron Rodgers’ Jets

Can we stop acting like Aaron Rodgers is walking on water these days? From the moment the Rodgers-to-New York deal was completed, Jets fans have been worse than normal, acting like Rodgers is going to fix all of their problems overnight.

Is it a huge deal for them? Sure, but let's not act like he's a gift from the Football Gods. While Rodgers is going to improve the Jets as a whole, they're still the second-best team who will be playing their home games at MetLife Stadium this fall.

The top dog remains the NY Giants. Future Hall of Famer JJ Watt was asked about this as well and he's rocking with the G-Men.

The Giants remain better than the Jets and Aaron Rodgers won't change that

We love where Watt's head is here, as he gave props to head man Brian Daboll for the amazing work he's been able to get done with this team. At the end of the day, the Giants are coming off a 9-7-1 season, plus a head-turning upset win over the Minnesota Vikings in the Wild Card Round.

The Jets have been a dumpster fire for years now. Again, bringing in Rodgers is huge for them, but are we going to just forget that Daboll and Co. took down Rodgers last season in London? He was still with the Packers, with a better roster than the Jets have now, and he still couldn't top the G-Men.

These two sides are all set to face of in a big contest this upcoming campaign. We would love to see this showdown be played in primetime. There will be more than East Rutherford bragging rights on the line here. Rodgers will want to remind people of how great he can be against a top defense.

Unfortunately for Rodgers and all the Gang Green supporters out there, we're confident that Danny Dimes and the rest of the Giants studs will take care of business.
