All eyes are on Thursday night, as the NFL will officially release the 2023 schedule. People can't wait to see who the NY Giants will end up taking on to open the new campaign. Could it be a Monday Night Football showdown with Aaron Rodgers and the Jets?

Predictions are coming in left and right. If you ask Jon Feliciano, who signed with the San Francisco 49ers this offseason, he would love nothing more than to go up against his old team. That would mean he'd be going up against Dexter Lawrence. You sure about this, Jon?

49ers OL Jon Feliciano is hoping to play the Giants come Week 1

We'll find out on Thursday night if Feliciano gets his wish or not, but come on, Sexy Dexy would have a field day going up against him. This is something that Giants fans have pointed out to the veteran offensive lineman on Twitter, but Feliciano isn't scared of what might be coming his way:

After signing his $90 million extension, Lawrence is going to be motivated to have a MONSTER campaign in 2023. He's going to want to set the tone for the entire season once the first game of the year arrives.

Going up against a team like the 49ers, the Giants as a whole will want to make a big-time statement by posting a win over an NFC powerhouse. Lawrence and the rest of the guys up front will want to put a ton of pressure on whoever lines up at QB for San Francisco.

Feliciano only spent one season with the Giants. He was a bit inconsistent in 2022, which didn't leave the Big Blue faithful too heartbroken when he left for the NFC West. We'll find out soon when the Giants and 49ers will end up facing off, but Lawrence could be up for a huge showing vs. Feliciano and the rest of the SF offensive line.
