Since the second Roger Goodell announced the NY Giants had taken Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick, people have been dreaming of this kid posting 1,000 yards in 2024. Nabers is the WR1 for this team moving forward and expectations are high.

Soon enough, Nabers will be reporting to East Rutherford for his first rookie minicamp with the NFC East side. Before that, though, he's been raising eyebrows in a good way thanks to a new workout clip that made its way to social media - yup, Nabers can absolutely fly and his ability to change directions is eye-opening:

Malik Nabers has the potential to be a superstar wideout for the NY Giants

The speed is incredible from Nabers and he even says he's not at 100 percent yet - so, we can expect him to be even more impressive? Goodness. Nabers is a young man who plays the game with a ton of confidence too, which only adds to the excitement for Week 1 to get here.

A lot of Big Blue supporters are dreaming of him taking home Offensive Rookie of the Year honors in 2024. If that happens, Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels would owe him $10,000, as the two have that kind of money on the line for the award.

Last season for the LSU Tigers, Nabers posted 89 receptions for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns. The year before, he finished with 1,017 yards on 72 catches. Yes, the difference between the college game and NFL can't be understated, but with him being the WR1 for the Giants, you've got to figure countless targets will be on the way for Nabers in Year 1.

Who will be throwing him the ball? We expect Daniel Jones to be the starter despite the Drew Lock rumors arriving, but hey, you never know what Brian Daboll and Joe Schoen might decide. That QB decision remains a bit up in the air, but what we do know is that whoever is under center will have a stud to throw to in Nabers. Soon enough, the regular season will get here and the speedster will look to dazzle. We have a strong feeling an incredible debut campaign will be on the way for him.
