There are going to be parties all over New York and New Jersey now that Malik Nabers will be donning a Big Blue jersey starting next season. With the NY Giants using their No. 6 overall pick to land the elite wide receiver prospect, Nabers can't wait to start making plays for this team.

More specifically, Nabers is stoked that he'll be making plays for head man Brian Daboll. Nabers was asked about his relationship with the Giants and he didn't hesitate in saying he's a fan of what Daboll has been able to do for offenses in recent years:

Both Joe Schoen and Daboll said Nabers was 'their guy' and that was made clear when they didn't go after quarterback J.J. McCarthy at No. 6. Instead, the Vikings traded up to land the Michigan signal-caller, while the Giants made Daniel Jones very happy by bringing in Nabers for the offense.

Nabers, a 6-0, 200-pounder, was electric for the LSU Tigers this past season working with No. 2 overall pick Jayden Daniels. Now, he's ready to become a dynamic playmaker for the Giants, a team that hasn't had a No. 1 WR for a while now.

With Daboll known for being a bit of an offensive genius, it's no surprise that Nabers is excited about potentially putting up big numbers for him with the G-Men. With Jones 'fired up' over the Nabers selection, the hope is these two can start working on their chemistry on the field as soon as possible.

Jones is coming off his torn ACL, but the Giants appear ready to give him one more chance to prove he was worth his $160 million extension. That will be tough for Jones in 2024, but his life sure is being made easier with Nabers getting ready to catch balls from him this fall.
