Over the past two days of training camp practices, it's hard not to get excited about the play of young wideout Malik Nabers. Straight up, he's been putting on a show for the NY Giants and he's helping Daniel Jones look amazing on some plays.

That was the case for Day 3. On one play, Jones let the ball rip and Nabers was somehow able to come down with an amazing grab despite star cornerback Deonte Banks being all over him. As it turns out, Nabers saw the coverage and told Jones to just throw the ball up and let him go out and make a play. Mission accomplished:

Malik Nabers and Daniel Jones are starting to build chemistry for the NY Giants

The way Nabers said that so calmly - come on, it's so easy to root for the youngster. He brings a new-found set of confidence for the Giants offense, which is something this team has needed for a while now. The good thing too is that Jones is showing trust in the No. 6 overall pick.

The more these two practice together, the more great connections we're going to see out of them. In case you missed the epic throw and catch, we've got you covered below. Jones tossed the ball only where Nabers could come down with it:

That's downright impressive. As great as that moment was, Jones had a bit of a rough day throwing the ball downfield, as some other videos are making the rounds of him missing open wideouts. Jones gets a pass for now since this is only his third day in action after tearing his ACL.

With that said, people are still waiting on him to showcase some consistency. The video above gives people plenty of reasons to be excited about Week 1 to get here, but there's still a lot for Danny Dimes to clean up before the date with the Vikings arrives. The good news for him is that Nabers will be there to help bring him up.
