The calendar reads early April, but plenty of us can't wait for Week 1 of the 2023 NFL season to arrive. Thanks to a fantastic offseason for the NY Giants, which will only get better once NFL Draft weekend comes and goes, fans are fired up to see what this team will be able to get done next season.
Despite the official release not set to be announced until May, we already know who the Giants will be taking on next season. There are some fantastic contests set to be played in 2023 - ones that the Big Blue supporters are going to be on the edge of their seats for from start to finish.
NY Giants official opponents for the 2023 season
Again, we don't know exactly when the Giants will be in action against the teams listed below, but we do know who they'll be taking on at MetLife Stadium and who they'll be facing on the road
In '23, the Giants have home games vs. the Cowboys, Eagles, Commanders, Packers, Jets, Patriots, Rams and Seahawks. Meanwhile for the road contests, the G-Men and Brian Daboll will be traveling to take on the Cowboys, Eagles, Commanders, Saints, Raiders, Cardinals, 49ers, Dolphins and Bills. For those of you keeping track at home, that's eight games in East Rutherford and nine elsewhere.
There are some tasty contests on the way, including the Seahawks coming to town. Former Giants safety Julian Love signed a two-year deal with Seattle, so it will be a homecoming of sorts for him when that contest arrives.
Obviously, the Giants are also going to have revenge on their minds when they take on the Eagles both at home and at Lincoln Financial Field. Philly went 3-0 vs. NY last season, but the Giants will be fired up to try and take them down this fall.
