3. WR Isaiah Hodgins

It's tough to put Isaiah Hodgins on this list as he hasn't struggled exactly, but he just hasn't been making the kind of noise that people were hoping he would. This could be because guys like Darren Waller and Parris Campbell are receiving a ton of attention, as they were the big-time additions for the aerial attack this offseason.

Waller has been an absolute monster for the Giants, barely breaking a sweat in going up against Giants linebackers and defensive backs. As for Campbell, it's clear that he and quarterback Daniel Jones are starting to build some solid chemistry out on the gridiron. Both Waller and Campbell will be key for this offense.

The same can of course be said for Hodgins, who was a reliable target for Danny Dimes in 2022. Hodgins showcased his potential in the Wild Card Round, lighting up the Vikings for eight receptions, 105 yards and a touchdown. With Hodgins back in East Rutherford, some fans had been hoping that he'd be electric at camp and prove he could be a WR1-type player. We haven't seen that just yet.
