NY Giants fans are furious with this team after another rough start vs. Arizona

The Giants continue to shoot themselves in the foot, this time in Glendale

How is this the way the NY Giants are going to respond after last week's 40-0 thrashing against the Dallas Cowboys? The Cardinals are widely considered one of the worst teams in the NFL, but the Giants are making them look brilliant early on in Week 2.

Instead of the G-Men looking sharp and making a statement in this game, mental mistakes are the main storyline early on. As of this writing, two drives for the Giants on offense have resulted in two Jamie Gillan punts. Meanwhile for Arizona, the Cardinals took a 7-0 lead thanks to a James Conner touchdown. When it rains, it rains hard for the Big Blue faithful.

UPDATE: Josh Dobbs just broke our hearts with a long TD run to put Arizona up 14-0. Unreal.

The Giants are looking rough once again on offense against the Cardinals

The offensive line has shaken things up in a big way, with Joshua Ezeudu (a false start on the first offensive snap!) starting at left tackle with Andrew Thomas injured. Not only that, but Marcus McKethan is starting in place of the benched Mark Glowinski. Despite those changes, nothing has improved on offense and people are ticked off:

With Kyler Murray still injured, the Cardinals are starting Dobbs at quarterback. Leave it to the Giants defense to make him look like a Pro Bowler. Similar to what we saw last weekend, the Giants pass-rushers, for now, are yet to put any pressure on Dobbs.

Whether it be their play on offense or defense, the Giants are beyond frustrating to watch. There's no reasons that Big Blue, who made the postseason last year and went 9-7-1, should look this sluggish to start the season.

Unless something changes and fast, the Giants could be looking at 0-2 to start the campaign. Next week, they head to San Francisco for a Thursday Night Football clash with the 49ers. It's getting close to panic time for this fanbase, something we didn't expect to type on Sept. 17.
