The NY Giants have a tall task ahead of them on Sunday night, as they're going to try and take down the Bills on the road in Buffalo. Several guys will not be able to play in this one, of course including Daniel Jones - he's out with a neck injury.

In some good news for the Giants, though, one of their most explosive playmakers will be back in action. Moments ago, Big Blue revealed its inactives for the Week 6 tilt and Saquon Barkley is nowhere to be seen. That's right, the Pro Bowl RB will suit up for the first time since Week 2:

Saquon Barkley officially active to take on the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night

This is massive for the Giants and it gives fans some hope that the NFC East side will be able to make things interesting. The main issue for the Giants, in addition to missing Jones, is that several key offensive linemen won't be able to play.

The list includes Andrew Thomas and John Michael Schmitz. Thomas has been dealing with a hamstring injury, while Schmitz suffered a shoulder injury earlier this month. The hope is that the two of them can return in the near future.

Azeez Ojulari was just placed on Injured Reserve with an ankle injury. You've got to feel bad for Ojulari, as he's been dealing with numerous injuries over the past two seasons. He just can't seem to stay healthy. That's a lot of bad news we just mentioned for the Giants, but it sure is exciting knowing that Barkley will be ready to put on a show in primetime tonight.
