NY Giants listed among teams that should go 'all in' for Dak Prescott in 2025

With Trevor Lawrence landing his monster extension from the Jaguars, it reminds us all that the Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones have not made Dak Prescott happy. As things stand, Prescott is all set to be a free agent next offseason - teams will be lining up to try and sign him.

Might one of those teams be the NY Giants? We've seen Prescott linked with the G-Men a handful of times and Bleacher Report is bringing up the idea once again. In a new piece from Maurice Moton, he has the Giants among the organizations who should go 'all in' on Prescott if he hits free agency.

Will the Giants show interest in Dak Prescott next offseason?

"The Giants know what Dak Prescott can do on the field. He typically plays well against them, and the Dallas Cowboys have a 12-2 record against New York with him as a starter.
Saquon Barkley left New York for a division rival, the Philadelphia Eagles. Prescott can do the same, signing with Big Blue to stick it to the Cowboys."

Prescott has dominated the Giants throughout his career and people in NY/NJ are tired of seeing it. However, let's not just forget about Daniel Jones and what's on the line for him this campaign. If he returns to his 2022 form, maybe, just maybe, it will save his Big Blue career.

Not a lot of people are expecting that to happen, though, as the Giants have an out with Jones' contract after this upcoming campaign. Should they release him, which is feeling likely, then the Giants will either look for a replacement via the draft, or go after someone like Prescott in free agency.

The Giants have loaded up on defense, with the future looking bright thanks to Dexter Lawrence, Deonte Banks, Kayvon Thibodeaux and Brian Burns. However, the offense is feeling a bit shaky. Is that where Prescott could come in? Ask us again once next offseason gets here.
