When the NY Giants traded for Darren Waller, a lot of people assumed that the Giants would be done adding tight ends for the 2023 roster. The unit is pretty damn loaded, with Waller, Daniel Bellinger, Lawrence Cager and Tommy Sweeney in town.

However, a 6-5, 250-pounder has jumped on the NY radar and he could end up hearing his name called by Big Blue on the second day of the NFL Draft. We're talking about Oregon State TE Luke Musgrave, who is most definitely going to be a guy to keep an eye on later this month, especially after Ryan Fowler of The Draft Network is reporting he'll visit East Rutherford soon.

Oregon State TE Luke Musgrave will visit the Giants this month

Musgrave turned plenty of heads at the NFL Combine and it really helped him remind people of how great he can be after a rough 2022 season. Musgrave was hoping to post big numbers for Oregon State during his senior campaign, but he was only able to appear in two games due to injury.

Now, though, Musgrave is fully recovered from his knee injury and he's making the rounds with his pre-draft visits. Again, the Giants are pretty stocked at tight end, but if Musgrave is still on the board, potentially in the third round, then general manager Joe Schoen could look to go with him.

The offense has clearly been a priority for Schoen and Co. this offseason, as they traded for Waller, signed Parris Campbell and they're looking at a plethora of wide receivers as potential options for the No. 25 overall pick.

Musgrave feels like a bit of an under-the-radar target, but he's a great football player. The long list of players visiting New Jersey grows for the G-Men, and Musgrave is definitely intriguing. His ceiling feels like it's quite high.
