Week 8: NY Giants vs. NY Jets on Sunday, Oct. 29

The East Rutherford bragging rights are on the line. This will be the first Jets-Giants matchup for Aaron Rodgers. NYJ fans are over the moon with the future Hall of Famer making his way to the AFC East, but they need to slow their roll down a bit. Rodgers was nowhere close to his usual playing level last season - don’t forget the Packers missed the playoffs.

Oh, and the Giants took down Rodgers last season in London while he was still with Green Bay. People are already claiming Rodgers to be the new king in New Jersey, but that’s not the case at all. Rodgers will be reminded of how strong the Giants defense can be. We’re going with Big Blue to come out on top.

Prediction: Giants 28, Jets 21

Week 9: NY Giants at Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, Nov. 5

There's going to be a lot of NY supporters in Sin City this weekend, as the Giants will be primed to take down the Las Vegas Raiders on Nov. 5. The Derek Carr era has officially come to a close for the Raiders, as they'll be sending out Jimmy Garoppolo as their starting signal-caller moving forward. That news isn't going to concern anyone.

While Garoppolo can be solid at times, he's way too inconsistent. There's a reason he was benched for the 49ers. The Giants defense should be able to record an interception or two off of the veteran quarterback. This could be a huge Sunday for Saquon Barkley as well. We like him to reach at least 100 rushing yards and two scores at Allegiant Stadium.

Prediction: Giants 24, Raiders 14
