The weight room was good to several NY Giants players this offseason. Quarterback Daniel Jones is looking pretty big these days, but he's not the only one who is turning heads in East Rutherford these days during OTAs.
We've got to bring up young tight end Daniel Bellinger. The former fourth-round pick had an up and down rookie season due to his serious eye injury, but it's clear he was focused this offseason to get better in multiple different areas.
One of them being his size. Bellinger took to Twitter to share some photos from recent sessions in East Rutherford and the first thing everyone will notice is how jacked he is. Goodness, Bellinger is looking like a beast:
Giants TE Daniel Bellinger looks massive at OTAs
Bellinger's biceps and shoulders - umm, how much protein was this guy having each day?! In all seriousness, it's impressive to see how big Bellinger is looking these days, as it's only going to help him in his blocking duties this year.
Not only that, but Bellinger is also going to play a big role in the passing attack as well. While a lot of attention has been going to Darren Waller, and understandably so, don't forget that Bellinger can still make a tremendous impact for Jones moving forward.
Bellinger showed plenty of promise early on during his rookie season before suffering his injury on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. In recent months, Bellinger has been focused on getting back to 100 percent and putting himself in the best position to impress the staff in 2023.
Right now, he is winning over the fanbase with the fact that he looks like The Incredible Hulk. Bellinger is only going to have more fans with an eye on him once the regular season gets here. It could prove to be a '23 to remember for the second-year tight end.
