1. QB Tyrod Taylor
He may have been a Giant last season, but Tyrod Taylor is a free agent this offseason. However, we're hopeful that the Giants bring him back for another season. Whether he starts or comes off the bench for Jones, Taylor could play a pivotal role in the team's potential 2024 success.
Taylor will be in the Giants' price range, but it all depends on Schoen's draft plans on whether he returns or not. If he opts to draft a rookie in the first three rounds, it's doubtful that Taylor will return. However, if Schoen wishes to have another veteran be Jones' backup in '24, Taylor may honestly be their best option.
Not only does he fit the Giants' system incredibly well, but when on the field, the offense flowed much smoother than it did with Jones. During this time, Taylor completed 64.4 percent of his passes for 1,341 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions.
Hopefully, Taylor and Schoen can come together on a deal in order to bring the 34-year-old QB back for another campaign. Drafting a QB may be optimal, but we have faith in Schoen's plan regardless of who is playing QB next season.
