At the Fanatics Fest NYC event in Manhattan, Tom Brady made countless headlines when he took a bit of a shot at NY Giants quarterback Daniel Jones. Over what? Over potentially throwing a terrible interception. As it turns out, perhaps TB12 knew what was coming.

In the first quarter of the Giants preseason game, Jones started his day off with a near pick-six, but thankfully the ball hit the turf. On his second drive, however, Jones held on to the ball for too long, avoided a safety, but tossed an embarrassing ball for Theo Johnson. Jalen Pitre caught it and took it home for a score. This is 100 percent inexcusable out of the NY signal-caller:

Daniel Jones is getting blasted by Giants fans for a terrible pick-six

You'd think Jones would have learned from his past mistakes, but nope, not at all. To make matters worse, as we were writing up this article, Jones tossed a deep ball downfield trying to connect with Jalin Hyatt, but he didn't put enough on the ball and Derek Stingley Jr. posted a great INT.

Stingley was the one who almost intercepted Jones on the very first play of the day, but he somehow didn't come down with it. He didn't make a mistake going up against Hyatt, however, making Jones pay for yet another rough mistake.

In the first quarter, the former No. 6 overall pick was 2-of-6 for 18 yards and two interceptions. He quite literally completed the same amount of passes to Houston players as he did to his own receivers. Fans are getting fed up with his poor play and it's hard to blame them.

Jones took home a $160 million extension last offseason because of how strong he looked in 2022. That season now feels like it was 100 years ago. His pick-six is going to be shown to young QBs as an example of what not to do. Brady might be smiling after seeing the play as well.
