All you can do is laugh at this point. Just about everything that can go wrong for the NY Giants in 2023 has for Brian Daboll. Leave it to Jalen Hurts and the Eagles to deliver some more pain, on Christmas Day too.

In the first quarter, there was a terrible Jason Kelce snap that went over Hurts' head - it looked like the G-Men would get to him for a sack and a huge loss. Instead, Hurts grabbed the ball, escaped and fired off a pass. It was caught by Grant Calcaterra, someone you've probably never heard of.

Jalen Hurts pulling off an impossible play vs. the Giants is infuriating

The Eagles tight end posted the reception, but Adoree' Jackson was in a great spot to stop him short of the sticks. Unfortunately, Jackson whiffed on the tackle and Calcaterra was able to get the first down for his team.

If you were pulling your hair out, you're not alone. This had disaster written all over it for the Eagles, but of course it turned into one of the craziest plays of the season. Only against the Giants would something like this happen.

Luckily, Wink Martindale's defense was able to hold Hurts and Co. to a field goal, but Philly still was able to extend its lead to 10-3. Oh, and after a second terrible punt from Jamie Gillan, Philly then made things 17-3 thanks to a 37-yard touchdown pass from Hurts to DeVonta Smith.

The Giants entered the game as 14-point underdogs, so the odds of them keeping things close were low. However, NY fans wanted to see this team put up a fight in this rivalry game. The opposite has been showcased, which is infuriating. The campaign from hell continues for this team and the holidays are officially ruined. Thanks for nothing, Santa.
