New York Giants: OBJ
So now apparently Odell Beckham Jr. is “fine”. Ha.
That’s the danger of Twitter… a player hobbles in practice and it’s a story within the hour. But it’s the preseason, we don’t have much else to talk about anyway, why not talk about OBJ’s hamstring on a weekly basis.

It’s not like we can break down the Giants offensive production from the game in the first three quarters. Or how OBJ ran routes — because he’s not on the field. Today, the consensus came out on Twitter that Odell Beckham Jr. is fine. Apparently a teenage girl walked by Jerry Reese and made the proclamation: “Who OBJ? Ummm-he-fine.”, in whatever definition of “fine” the Giants want to roll with, OBJ needs to play.
Ralph Graziano:
Tom Coughlin tells reporters that Odell Beckham Jr. is fine. ... Unclear why he just stopped practicing, according to reports.

Dan Graziano:
Evidently, Beckham got hit in the leg where the bad hamstring was, sat out the rest of practice, told team he was fine.

Art Stapleton:
Word is @OBJ_3 took a hit in the back of his leg on that catch, which caused the hop after, not a tweak of his hamstring. #NYG #OBJTweets

Tom Rock:
Sounds like Beckham may have gotten hit in the back of the leg and not exactly tweaked his hamstring.

New York Giants: Scare
For Giants Nation, what a turbulent road it’s been with OBJ and the season hasn’t even started yet. Sure, there are some positives, the Giants are 3-0 in the preseason, but this is a team that needs to improve immensely. Starting with the health of its’ uber talented but much hamstrung rookie, Odell Beckham Jr. The Giants will be much better with the rookie on the field preparing for the brutal reality that is the NFL 16 game schedule on a injury prone hamstring.
