Larry Donnell Fantasy Football Week 13 Projection

Larry Donnell fantasy football stock continues to be very good thanks to how he has the ability to haul in touchdowns in the redzone. The New York Giants will face the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday afternoon and the Giants are expected to put up at least a decent amount of offensive production.

Donnell should get looks while in the redzone (jump-ball anyone?) as he is often a go-to target given his physical stature. Offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo has shown affection towards getting the big man involved since he has the necessary skills to get open in a blink of an eye.

The Jaguars are 27th in the league in terms of pass defense. Quarterback Eli Manning may be looking to air it out during this game and Donnell could mostly see his looks come where it matters most in the endzone. Considering that the Jaguars won’t have any answers for his size and great route-running, this could be the game the Giants need to bounce back in.

The Giants will need to do their very best to bring some aggression on offense so they can finally end their consecutive losing streak. Winning solves everything and even though they won’t be making the NFL Playoffs anytime soon, at least they can have a sense of pride by beating up on a team that has only won one game this season.

This game should be a chance for Donnell to break out despite not cracking more than 26 yards receiving in three of his last four games. His value is strongly touchdown-based. If one is in a jam at the tight end spot, then Donnell could be a middle-of-the-road plug-and-play at the position.
