Odell Beckham Jr Fantasy Football Week 13 Projection

Odell Beckham Jr fantasy football stock has risen dramatically week by week since he burst onto the scene back in Week 5 of this year. His troublesome hamstring that held him out all season is clearly no longer an issue and although he is technically still a rookie, he is quickly becoming a household name especially after making one of the greatest one handed catches in recent memory last week versus the Dallas Cowboys.

Beckham has been one of the very few bright spots for a New York Giants team that sits currently at 3-8 with many question marks about their future. Last Sunday versus Dallas, Beckham had his biggest game of the season, hauling in a whopping 10 receptions for 146 yards and two touchdowns including the now infamous two finger touchdown catch that is still being talked about days later.

Beckham was injured in the 4th quarter of last Sunday’s game, suffering a back injury while also taking a knee to the back of the head while he was going down to the ground. Beckham immediately returned to the game and has practiced in full this week.

Giants fans across the world as well as Beckham’s fantasy owners collectively breathed a sigh of relief as Beckham will be a full go this Sunday on the road versus the 1-10 Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars have one of the worst secondaries in football and Eli Manning should have an even easier time connecting with Beckham than he did last Sunday against Dallas. It has been amazing to see how quickly Beckham has adjusted to the NFL and also developed a strong chemistry between him and Manning despite missing all of training camp. The sky is the limit for Beckham and it will be exciting to see him progress even more going into next season.

Beckham is clearly the top receiver on the Giants and is the go to target for Manning in any situation. Expect Beckham to have another monster game this week as the Giants look to keep the explosive rookie as involved as possible on offense. He is easily a number one fantasy receiver this week and deserves a start on any fantasy team. In only seven games played, Beckham has 41 receptions for 609 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns.
