The Dallas Cowboys:

The Dallas Cowboys have been what Giants fans can only describe as annoyingly good lately. Last season the Cowboys swept the Giants and went on to the playoffs where they were a controversial play away from defeating the Green Bay Packers. The team that we used to be able to count on for an 8-8 season is now a Super Bowl contender. Here is what we know about the Cowboys.

1. The Best Offensive Line In Football: When the Cowboys signed La’el Collins (a first round talent) they made a great offensive line even better. The Cowboys have not prioritized the running back position this offseason. It is clear that they believe that the offensive line can make what they have work. You can hate the Cowboys all you want, you have to respect the old school physicality that they play with on that offensive line.

2. Byron Jones Was A Great Pick: Knowing that they play in the pass happy NFC East, the Cowboys selected Byron Jones in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Jones is a physical corner with great athletic ability. He has potential to be the next shut down cornerback in the NFL.

3. The Only Proven Team In The NFC East: Let’s face it the Cowboys are the only known commodity in the NFC East. We know what they are. They are a team with a playmaking quarterback who has been given plenty of help. They have an improved defense and  I wouldn’t be completely shocked to see them win a Super Bowl. The Giants are looking promise in the eyes but have a lot to prove. The Redskins are the Redskins and nobody really knows what to expect from the Eagles. Who knows what will happen but the Cowboys are the best bet to win the division. Though we certainly hope the Giants conquer the division instead.
