#4. New Orleans Saints

Eli’s Record: 2-4
Eli’s Win Percentage: 33%
Eli’s Passer Rating: 95.5

Eli’s hometown team has owned him in the win-loss record, even though Manning has done his part to get the job done. He’s gone 121 of 203 for 1,432 yards with 15 touchdowns and 5 picks in 6 games.

I was actually at the game in 2006 when Eli faced his father’s old team and it was as dreadful in person as it was on TV. My brother-in-law is a huge Chargers fan and he hates Eli for what he did on Draft Day, so it was a great day for my sister’s then boyfriend, now husband. It might be among Eli’s worst performances of his career.

The 2015 game was unlike any other Giants game I’ve seen in a long time. Of course, I’ve witnessed plenty of college football contests that were shootouts, and I knew going into the season that Eli would engage in a number of shootouts, but none to that extent.

While the Saints appear to be in rebuild mode, the Giants are poised to make a run at the Super Bowl. Still, I’d sign up for another showdown between Brees and Eli, especially with the knowledge that Brees’ kids are Giants fans.
