Jason McCourty

While the NY Giants’ secondary got even more crowded after the NFL Draft, they could still find room for a former Super Bowl champion.

McCourty already visited the team once during free agency, but they didn’t come to an agreement. The defensive back is familiar with Judge and his coaching style, so the door likely remains open.

With Ryan already transmitting the message that the coaching staff is relaying to their players, McCourty’s voice could help expedite their learning. Defensive back is arguably the hardest position to learn at the next level – he could be vital for players like Aaron Robinson, Rodarius Williams and Darnay Holmes.

If the team could sign McCourty at a discount, it could be a great fit for a crafty, versatile veteran.
