Leonard Williams, Defensive Lineman

Draft Spot: #6 in 2015 NFL Draft. Selected by the NY Jets

Arrival in New York: A midseason trade in 2019 from the Jets

Projected Role: Starting Defensive End

Leonard Williams is set to enter his third year with the Giants, his second full season with the team, and his seventh season in the state of New York/New Jersey.

Williams joined the Giants halfway through the 2019 season when Gettleman made a surprise move and nabbed Williams from the crosstown New York rivals before the trade deadline.

The Big Cat resigned with the NY Giants this offseason with a massive 3-year $63 million contract. He needs to keep up his stellar play from last season in order to live up to his end of the deal.
