1. USC WR Jordan Addison

USC’s Jordan Addison has been one of college football’s most prolific wide receivers since 2020. Before transferring to USC this season, he was dominant at Pitt. In 2021, he recorded 1,593 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns on 100 receptions. His success last season ended with him taking home the Biletnikoff Award, earning him the honor as college football’s most outstanding FBS receiver for 2021.

During his time with USC, Addison has once again put up elite-level numbers. In seven games this season, he has recorded 585 receiving yards and seven touchdowns on 39 total receptions. Addison has found his success by always finding a way to get open. He can catch nearly anything thrown in his direction and once the ball is in his hands, he’s explosive.

During his time at Pitt, Addison played in offenses that relied heavily on quick passes. RPOs and short routes have allowed him to make big plays regularly. Sounds like a perfect fit for a Giants offense that has also similarly utilized their wide receivers.

In his first season at USC, he has also shown that he can stretch the field, and is a threat to make plays down the field. He is averaging 15 yards per reception.

He has shown on several occasions this season why he is among college football’s best, but it was his outing against Stanford that solidified him as a top prospect. In Week 2, he recorded 172 receiving yards and two touchdowns on seven receptions.

Addison’s ability to make plays all around the field is something that the Giants have been on the search for. He could quickly become a top wide receiver for this team.
