The New York Giants will wrap up their disappointing 2024 season on Sunday as they head down the New Jersey Turnpike to take on their division rival, the Philadelphia Eagles. At 3-13, there haven’t been many positives to look back on this season for Big Blue. However, they did finally snap their franchise-record ten-game losing streak last Sunday, securing their first and only home win of the season by defeating the Indianapolis Colts, 45-33.

Now, New York will look to close out this miserable season with a victory before turning their attention to the offseason to determine what’s next for a team that will unquestionably be searching for a new franchise quarterback—and possibly a new head coach and general manager, with Brian Daboll and Joe Schoen’s futures in New York uncertain.

If you’re not making the trip to Philly to see the G-Men one last time this season, here’s how you can watch the game with and without cable.

How to watch NY Giants vs Eagles on TV

The kickoff for this NFC East clash is set for 1:00 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on CBS. If you live in the New York market, you can catch the game on WCBS New York, channel 2. This 1:00 p.m. start will mark the eleventh time the Giants play in that time slot this season.

The G-Men are slight underdogs against their division foes

Despite the Eagles sitting at 13-3, they are only 3.5-point favorites against the Giants on Sunday. Philadelphia announced plans to rest most of their starters after clinching the NFC East title and the No. 2 seed in the NFC with a dominant win over the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday. One of the players they plan to rest is former Giants running back Saquon Barkley, who is just 101 rushing yards away from breaking Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson’s single-season rushing record.

The Giants will again roll with Drew Lock at quarterback this weekend, and he’s coming off perhaps the best game of his NFL career.

The former Denver Bronco and Seattle Seahawk passed for 309 yards with four touchdown passes, adding a rushing touchdown as well. Lock also developed solid chemistry with Big Blue’s first-round pick from this past NFL Draft. Rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers hauled in seven receptions for a career-high 171 yards and two touchdowns, including a 59-yard score.

New York has not won in Philly since the 2013 season, but this may finally be their chance to break that woeful streak, with the Eagles planning to sit their starters.

However, a second straight win for the Giants would most certainly hurt their chances of securing a high draft pick in the upcoming draft. Still, Big Blue would surely love nothing more than to finish their brutal season with a win and avoid going winless this year in the NFC East.
