You can't help but think what it could've been for the New York Giants this season if all their talent pieces were intact?

2025 for the Giants has been marked by the team blowing double-digit leads in five road games, as well as seeing key offensive player-makers, wide receiver Malik Nabers (torn ACL) and running back and fan favorite Cam Skattebo, go down with a gruesome ankle injury.

While Jaxson Dart has played considerably well without those two top weapons, you have to wonder if maybe the narrative of this year could have entirely shifted due to their explosiveness on offense.

With this season being nothing but a wrap for the G-Men, perhaps this bold take by Dart gives fans a sliver of hope of what might come in 2026.

Jaxson Dart calls Malik Nabers best WR in the NFL

Dart spoke with reporters on Wednesday and gave a strong take about his injured wideout, which should fire up Giants fans leading up to next season:

"You can't replicate Malik," Dart said. "He's the best receiver in the NFL, in my opinion."

Dart and Nabers have seen limited action on the playing field together this season. After being named as New York's starter back in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers, the second-year standout suffered that aforementioned torn ACL when he tried to make a catch along the sidelines. Despite Big Blue going on to win that game, it was a monster blow for the team as Nabers was poised to build off his superb rookie season in 2024.

After setting a team record with 109 receptions to go along with 1,204 receiving yards and seven touchdowns last year, Nabers was off to a fast start this year with 271 receiving yards, two touchdowns (which included a monster 48-yard TD grab against the Dallas Cowboys back in Week 2).

Even without Nabers since late September and eventually Skattebo, the Giants' offense has still managed to rack up a lot of points, though the wins haven't been there. With those two healthy next season, especially Malik Nabers, Jaxson Dart knows precisely what he's getting out of the former LSU Tiger. Watch out, opposing defenses.
