The New York Giants appeared on the new offseason edition of "Hard Knocks" and NFL agents did not think it was a good look for the G-Men. In Ben Standig of The Athletic's latest column, he asked 31 different NFL agents what they thought about the Giants' appearance on the show.

While not all of the agents thought it was a terrible decision, most of them did. One agent said that it's probably something the Giants organization will end up regretting since they revealed too much. Another comment noted how the show made Joe Schoen look bad.

Those comments are pretty mild compared to some of the other ones, however. One agent discussed how the show "did not help the team" while another one really went in for the kill, stating the appearance on the show was, “Embarrassing to the organization. It will easily justify mass firings when they go 4-13.”

NFL agents were not a fan of the Giants' appearance on "Hard Knocks"

Joshua Schulman of GMEN HQ discussed what Giants fans got to see during the premiere of the show, noting, "There were several instances during the first episode where the decision-making process was scattered across multiple faces in the organization, whether it be Brian Daboll settling on his new defensive coordinator, the scout team having different ideas on which kinds of players the team should target, or John Mara advocating to re-sign Saquon Barkley while Joe Schoen refuted the idea."

A lighter-hearted moment from the show included newly-signed backup quarterback Drew Lock being prompted to say "F*** the Eagles" in his introduction to fans. That stuff was less embarrassing to watch than the disorganization being on full display for everyone in the league to see.

At the end of the day, the Giants knew what they were getting into when they agreed to appear on "Hard Knocks" and the only question now is will it come back to bite them? NFL agents seem to think that will end up being the case.
