What we saw from NY Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas last season was a thing of beauty, period. After showcasing strong improvements in 2021, Thomas backed things up with elite play last campaign for the G-Men.

Thomas was so good, he took home Second Team All-Pro honors. Boom! Now, Thomas has even bigger things in store for '23. This offseason, Thomas said he wanted to improve his upper-body strength. It looks like he's getting that job done, as a new workout clip of him moving a lot of weight on the bench press is quite eye-opening.

Andrew Thomas is poised to have another huge season for the Giants

We're not sure exactly how much Thomas was putting up, but it's impressive nonetheless. Thomas proved to be one of the best offensive tackles in the game last fall and winter. Looking to the future, there's no doubt that Joe Schoen is going to have to reward him with a massive extension.

The offensive line has looked rough in recent seasons, but things are surely looking much better with Thomas being the leader of the unit. He's only going to help Evan Neal take a needed step forward in Year 2. With Thomas' work ethic, the sky is the limit for how good he can be.

ESPN analyst is ready to see the Giants offense ball out in 2023

Elsewhere, ESPN's Sam Acho recently showed Brian Daboll and the G-Men some love, saying how excited he is to see them do their thing in the coming months. This is a new-look offense, with signal-caller Daniel Jones now having plenty of weapons to work with. This excites Acho.

"We saw Danny Dimes get better last year versus other years, right? You talk about it, less interceptions. I get it, only 15 passing touchdowns. But seven rushing touchdowns and 700 rushing yards as a quarterback, number one, and also less fumbles."

On top of that, Acho also is ready to see what Jalin Hyatt and John Michael Schmitz can do for the O in '23. Hyatt's speed is going to fun to watch for the passing game, while Schmitz is the center of the future. All in all, there's a lot of potential for Mike Kafka's group.
