Doesn't get much better than this.

It doesn’t get much better than that. Talk about a massive win for the New York Giants over the Philadelphia Eagles — that is exactly what this team needed. Especially in front of the masses on primetime. Fans will remember this one for a while.

From the opening kickoff to the final victory formation snap, the G-Men showed up and showed out Thursday night. It was a total team effort, led by the two most electric rookies this franchise has seen in decades. Quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo are living proof that better days are ahead.

Big Blue outplayed, outgained, and outscored a very talented Eagles team, which everyone assumed would come into MetLife Stadium and leave 5-1. Well, they’re heading back down I-95 4-2, thanks to a complete three-phase effort for 60 full minutes. The Giants finally beat an NFC East rival for the first time since 2023. Here are the biggest winners and losers from the most impressive win in recent memory.

5 winners and 2 losers from Giants' impressive Week 6 win over Eagles

Winner No. 1: The Jaxson Dart-Cam Skattebo duo

These two are just fun. There’s no other way to describe their dynamic. It’s the personalities for sure, but it’s also how they compete on the gridiron — they’re savages in the best way possible. Dart had himself a monster night, completing 17-of-25 passes for 195 yards and a touchdown. He added 58 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

Skattebo finished just shy of 100 rushing yards, with 98. His 12 receiving yards put him over 100 scrimmage yards for the third time in four games. His three rushing touchdowns were what truly put him over the top.

Their postgame interview with the Amazon Prime crew was otherworldly, but I’ll get to that later. These guys are bringing the juice back to a franchise that desperately needs it.

Winner No. 2: Brian Burns' DPOY case

Have yourself a game, Brian Burns. He’s been a man possessed in 2025, but Thursday night’s effort just put him in the Defensive Player of the Year conversation. He finished with two sacks, but anyone who watched saw he was living in the backfield. If Burns keeps up this pace, he could break Michael Strahan’s single-season record of 22.5.

Winner No. 3: Brian Daboll's toasty buns

Survive and advance. That’s the motto the head coach is living by. And this week, he survived. Fans don’t really know what to expect on a week-to-week basis, but that’s still better than certain defeat. Dabs is an annual card-carrying member of the Toasty Buns club, and this win buys him some relief.

Winner No. 4: Wan'Dale Robinson as Giants' WR1

The Giants were without Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton, but it didn’t matter. Not with Wan’Dale Robinson stepping up big under the lights. Robinson had been enjoying an early-season breakout that hit a snag recently. However, six catches on seven targets for 84 yards and a touchdown is exactly the type of production this offense needs. Dart needs guys to step up, and Robinson looks ready to seize his opportunity.

Winner No. 5: Fans who watched the postgame

What happened after the game can only be described as pure chaos. Dart and Skattebo joined the Amazon Prime postgame crew, and things quickly went off the rails:

The 23-year-old running back and Ryan Fitzpatrick ended up with their shirts off, flexing and screaming before chest-bumping in one of the most insane postgame interviews of all time. It’s worth the watch.

Loser No. 1: Deonte Banks' starting slot

For some odd reason, defensive coordinator Shane Bowen refuses to make the decision everyone knows is right: start Cor’Dale Flott over Deonte Banks. He’s just better. It’s clear. Flott arguably had his best game as a Giant. He finished with an interception, another pass deflection, and a tackle for loss. He did everything necessary to win the starting job for good.

Loser No. 2: Russell Wilson's one play

The Russ Bus was thrown in for two plays after Dart went to the medical tent for a concussion check. It turns out it was two too many. The fans immediately started booing, waiting for the rookie to return. Daboll was even screaming at the medical staff for an update because he had seen enough. Unfortunately for Wilson, it’s all but over.
