Game Day Prediction by Chris Schisler

"see the Falcons putting up some points in this game. This is a game that can go one of two ways. Either the Giants offense steps up to the plate and we have a shootout, or the Falcons embarrass the Giants in their home stadium."

Keys To A Giants Victory by Jesse Connor

"The Falcons, like the Giants, are coming off of two disappointing seasons and are looking to get back to their winning ways. They have several pieces in place that can make them a very dangerous team but they also have some significant weak spots."

New York Giants: 5 Reasons They Can Beat The Falcons by Anthony Sciarratta

"If Coughlin is one thing, he is a great leader. He will know how to use this loss to motivate his team to a victory this Sunday. Coughlin seems to have done a pretty good job this off-season and the questionable roster cuts he made are working out so far."

Giants vs. Falcons: Scouting Report and Game Plan by Chris Schisler

"The Falcons love feeding the football to Jones. Multiple times out of 21 personnel, Ryan would just take 1 and a half steps and fire a bullet to Jones on a quick slant. It is a hard play to defend because Jones is so quick with the route and Ryan is even quicker with the throw. The Falcons will run screens out to Jones, anything they can do to get him the ball in the open field, they will do it. If there is a flaw with the passing game it is that Ryan will force balls to Jones even when it isn’t there."

Giants vs. Falcons: Game Preview by Anthony Valero

"The Giants are 5-2 against the Falcons since 2004 including a 30-20 victory last season in what was the NFL debut of Odell Beckham Jr. This time around is a little different despite the similar setting. The Falcons seem to be an improved defensive team that still carries plenty of firepower on offense with quaterback Matt Ryan and stud wide receiver Julio Jones."

Ereck Flowers Vs. Vic Beasley by Pete Vitella

"Vic Beasley made an impact in his first start in the NFL. Beasley knocked down a pass from Sam Bradford and had some other good moments in the game. Beasley helped being pressure on the Eagles especially in the first half. Flowers will be tasked with holding off the Falcons and the young star Vic Beasley. Beasley and Flowers should be an interesting matchup as it is always good to see rookies matchup."

Falcons Vs. Giants Preview: Interview With Freddie Boston  by Chris Schisler

"FB: Absolutely. The Falcons liked him enough to spend a third round draft selection on him and he’s got heaps of potential. After missing most of preseason with a hamstring injury, we finally got to see what he can do and it’s exciting. For the first time in what feels like forever, Atlanta has balance on offense and defenses have to respect the run."

5 Ways The Giants Could Lose To Falcons by Eric Mollo

"We know what Jones brings, but Roddy White looked like he too had some tread left on the tires after his 4 catch, 84-yard performance against Philadelphia. The Giants can’t really be worrying about two slightly above average backs scampering around for five-yard gains with Atlanta sporting a healthy Jones and potentially rejuvenated White. Should Matt Ryan get that play action going, we’ll be seeing tired Giants corners running out of breath."

New York Giants Must Win Against Falcons by Chris Schisler

"Forget about the statistics on 0-2 teams making the playoffs (they’re not pretty). Forget about the fact that the Giants have 14 more games after this. The Giants are a team that cannot afford to go 0-2. 2013 was the season of the 0-6 start. 2014 had an 0-2 start and the team went 6-10"

Improved Offense Will Beat The Falcons by Eric Mollo

"I expect a better offensive performance with Harris getting more involved and I expect Matt Ryan to run a little more as the Giants face a significantly worse defensive line from Dallas’. The Falcons are still a good team, but the Cowboys are much better in my eyes. If the Giants limit those big plays like they did against Dallas and get more consistency from their skill positions on offense, they will take this game. And I expect them to."

Motivated Giants Will Take Down Falcons by Anthony Velaro

"Expect the Giants to come out of the tunnel fired up and motivated to put last week’s embarrassing performance behind them once and for all in front of their home crowd."
