New York Giants 2026 schedule rumors
I hope you didn't miss Brian Daboll too much, because he's heading back to North Jersey with the Tennessee Titans and a vengeance in Week 3, according to Ryan Dunleavy of the NY Post. Funny enough, it'll also be the return of Wan'Dale Robinson, Cor'Dale Flott, Daniel Bellinger, Austin Schlottman, and just about every other 2025 Giant free agent.
New York Giants 2026 schedule leaks
The G-Men will dive headfirst into the season with a primetime Sunday Night Football matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on September 13. Dallas has beaten the Giants in 10 of their last 12 meetings. It's time to flip the switch, and seeing as though Jaxson Dart is undefeated against the Cowboys as a starter (1-0), anything is possible.
But why stop at one prime time division matchup?
Ask, and you shall receive. The G-Men are expected to host the Commanders in a Thursday Night prime-time showdown in Week 10. It'll be a battle of the NFC East basement dwellers, with both teams looking for a get-right 2026 season. Big Blue lost both games to the Commies last season, so it's the perfect chance for Dart and Co. to make a statement.
The G-Men will play all of their 2026 regular-season games stateside after being left off the league's international schedule.
Despite earlier rumors from NFL insider Gary Myers suggesting a return to Munich, Germany, the NFL International Games Announcement officially bypassed Big Blue for the record nine-game global slate. Though the Giants hold international marketing rights in Germany and were heavily linked to a matchup against the Detroit Lions, the league ultimately slotted the New England Patriots into the Germany game at FC Bayern Munich Stadium.
Another potential overseas option against the Commanders in London also fell through (they're playing the Colts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium).
This update means Big Blue is saving their miles -- no chance to move on from their last international appearance, putting up an offensive stinker in a 20-17 overtime loss to the Carolina Panthers.
